This was my second time working with Thomas Sanchez, he did an excellent job the first time he helped me find a rental when I knew nothing about the west valley or Arizona in general. This time I knew the area and Thomas was excellent once again. This time I was buying a home in Buckeye and Thomas was extremely responsive and was always available when I had questions or concerns. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking for a new home weather it's a rental or to buy.

Thomas was an excellent realtor. He knew what I was looking for and assisted with not only showing the locations I found but presenting viable alternatives for purchase options. He also greatly assisted in negotiations and ensuring I got what I needed and at an appropriate price.

Jannice did a great job in helping us find our dream home. She was very patient and understanding, proactive and efficient. Jannice exceeded my expectations. She's very hands-on and trustworthy considering that we purchased the property out-of-state. She oversee the construction and never miss to update us. She's very professional and communicates timely. She addressed all our concerns. I can't find the right word to describe her but she's better than the best.
