She was very intentional about staying in touch us during every step of process. This was key as we were moving with my employer and had a very short turnaround time to sell our home. As we started receiving offers, she helped us determine if the offer was a "good" one or if the buyer was asking for too much up front. As I'm not in real estate, this was very important to me. Jennifer was the first broker I called to inquire about selling our property. She called back the same day. We live in CA and that wasn't a problem. We had several hiccups w the contractors and the buyer but I always felt Jennifer wanted the best result. She was great to work with and I felt she went the extra mile several times during the 6 weeks of upgrades and listing/selling. I am so thankful my mother found her.
