Why Work With Us?

Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

I highly recommend David Hoefer! He goes above and beyond what the normal real estate agent does. He helped make my sale go fast and smoothly. He started working on things within an hour of when I first talked to him. He did some repairs, because I was in another state, and he was very sensitive to how I wanted my house presented. He was a pleasure to work with, and got the job done in record time!

David was great to work with! He made sure to keep us updated with the sale of our house. He also kept in communication with the builder for our new house. David even checked in on us during his family vacation. We could tell he really cared about us and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our house.

David is distinctive in the world of real estate agents. He really listens, understands and anticipates the needs of an investor. Even in just the short time that I have worked with him, David has shown time and again he follows up, follows through and is trustworthy. I have no hesitation in recommending David to any of my friends that need an agent in the greater Phoenix area.

I truly was blessed to have David Hoefer as my Realtor. On the first meeting we had he blew me away with his Presentation. Every question that I had he had the documents or comps and a slideshow to show me, which reassured me that I made the right decision to have David as my Realtor. He would answer my calls if I had a question or get back to me within a short await of time. Communication with David was wonderful.
