Jennifer is a go getter, we have used her for years for other rentals and always does a great job! She is conscientious, very knowledgeable and attentive! Jennifer Beveridge helped us through a difficult selling process (from our side), where one of our partners was very uncooperative during that process. It took patience and willingness on her part to work with us, first to get us all to the listing stage and then across the finish line. Jennifer went over and beyond just the sale. As Canadians not on location she handled all the updating (painting, etc.) and the maintenance issues that popped up during the inspection and escrow stage (ie. broken AC two days before closing). She arranged it all and then made sure it was completed satisfactorily in order to close the deal. We greatly appreciate her diligence!

Jennifer is a proponent and an excellent example of providing full service in the complicated process of selling a home. She will go above and beyond to make sure that the interest of the customer and/or the seller are fulfilled. I would work with Jennifer again in both the sale and purchase of a new home.
