I’m from the Midwest and have lived in Arizona for 28 years; I have been a Realtor for the past 16 years. I’m married to a Contractor we have three kids and now five grand kids; we enjoy spending time with our family which is very important to me. Tracy was superb. Always thorough, efficient, and effective. She accommodated all of my requests with perfection. Tra cy was proactive, professional, yet very personable. She handled matters in a timely fashion. She knows her real estate very well and used this to our advantage in selling my home very quickly. Home listed on Friday, 9/11/2020. Three offers on Saturday, 9/12/2020 and one offer on Sunday, 9/13/2020. She always went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. She even drove me to Home Depot and waited with me to pick-up Penske van for hours and helped me at my home. This action was far-and-above and I greatly appreciated it. She was a life-saver for me.
