Our Work
The first five years of life are the most critical in a child’s development. At Southwest Human Development, their services improve lives and help families by supporting young children and their caregivers during this important time.
In partnership with families, we provide children with the care, attention and support needed to set them on a path to success in school and life, and help them reach their fullest capabilities.
In the 2019 fiscal year, CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills has had massive success in raising over $16,500! Your contribution goes directly to help the continued support of the ADAPT Shop. The ADAPT Shop is meeting a need that’s simply not met in many places throughout the country. There is a lack of specialized equipment available for younger children with disabilities, and as a result, their growth and quality of life can suffer. The ADAPT Shop’s goal is to change that and to provide children and their families with the support needed to enjoy life and increase their capabilities. Not only have you helped raise essential funds for ADAPT Shop, but the awareness you help drive locally about the charity and their work is astounding and invaluable.
We strive to reach new heights in our fundraising efforts and are so close to hitting our personal goal of $21,000. With an extra push you can help us get there!
With the option to donate on your CDA paperwork, you can receive cash back when filling your year-end tax credit. Additionally, with recent changes to Arizona law, you can now receive up to $400 back on your state taxes as an individual, or up to $800 when filling married/joint. It’s no longer necessary to itemize your taxes and you can claim this credit in addition to any public or private school tax credits!
