Terry was a great agent. She went above and beyond what we expected. She gave us information for about a year before our move on the market. We found out about her from a friend of a friend.
Terry helped in every area . She went over all paper work and answered questions we had. She made copies of things for us as our computer and printer were in storage. She made sure all people involved inspector, builder, lender, builder supervisor, selling agent, etc. all copied her on correspondence. She attended and gave input with walk throughs and inspections even though we are quite some distance from Terry and her office.
Great staff. We had some contact with staff and they did follow up.
Her attention to detail and follow up were something we have never seen in other agents from other companies we have dealt with in the past!

After I received the notification that I’d be relocating from MD to AZ. I felt a bit anxious, as I am a first time buy er in AZ and I learned market over there is extremely hot. I chose Ana as my real estate agent and we embarked on the process of property hunting. I’d be always so thankful to have her as our agent. She has a very lovely personality and she is also bilingual. After I first talked and described to her our preferences, she immediately started taking notes, looking around and including us in emails alerts. Market in AZ is so hot that after the properties come up in the MLS listing they could be gone in a couple of hours. As we were not physically in AZ she prepared virtual showings that really gave us the feel that we were actually there, she describe meticulously all the details and compared that property with others she’s seen before that were sold recently in that area. She has an in depth knowledge of the markets in the Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix areas. Those were mainly the areas of interest for us as job location would be in Scottsdale. I would add without a doubt she has a sound knowledge of the whole market in AZ. After working with her for a few days days she managed to secure us a property that was a 100% match, then she guided us to the whole process of inspection and closing. She made us talk virtually with inspector and show us all the different hot points to be addressed. The whole process from beginning till the end went very smoothly. Connie recommended a ‘coming soon’ and an open house to gain traction with local buyers. When the initial pictures weren’t perfect, she coordinated an additional shoot to make sure we had sunset shots that showed off the property. Kumiko Tanaka-Rosier went above and beyond in keeping us informed and helping us get the property ready for sale. We live in New Hampshire, so we relied heavily on her to help us assess what needed to be done, and then helping us find the contractors that we needed. Throughout the process she was in frequent contact, guiding us through the adjustments and paperwork that had to be made. I know nobody is perfect; BUT, Terry was excellent at all of the above. Any time we had a question, we would either call her or text her and her response was very timely. She was also very patient and understanding. I had never sold a house before and we had this house on the market for 6 months; just prior to getting together with Terry, and it was a horrible, long experience and I would become very frustrated whenever anything would come up. I feel bad because Terry had to take the brunt of my moods; however, she was very patient and understanding. She would always explain why certain things were happening and made sue to let me know that this was a normal part of the long process. The stress going through the sale of the house was much more manageable having someone like Terry by my side.
I do have to say that Terry went out of her way for us. We were looking for a rental home vs buying another. She asked what was it we were looking for in a rental as well as the area. She took what we said, matched them the best that she could and sent us the listings to see if we were interested; she also sent a link to my daughter to help look as well. Not only did Terry coordinate times to look at the rentals, I feel she went above and beyond when she drove us to see the rentals! I haven't had a realtor ever drive me to places I was looking at; we had always just met there. My overall experience was excellent and I don't think Terry could've done much more to make such a stressful process go so well.

Deirdre was a godsend! We had a connection right off the bat and I now consider her a personal friend. She was instrum ental in navigating us to the right property. I initially provided her with a list of 18 properties to look at. Several of my favorites were taken off the market before I could get to AZ to look at them. Deirdre followed up on them, at my request, to see if it was still possible to see them. When we finally narrowed down our search location to Las Sendas or Gold Canyon, she was very patient with us. We looked at several homes 3 times. Our final selection proved difficult as the owners were Canadian and we had FIRPTA issues at closing. Deirdre was always very calm and even scheduled an appt. to look at our runner-up house again on then day of closing, in case there were too many difficulties to overcome due to cure notice repairs not having been addressed. Overall, it was an excellent experience during a very stressful time. We're very thankful we had Deirdre!

Kumiko was very friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the transaction of our home purchase. Since this was a short sale property and we lived out-of-state, it required additional attention in dealing with the long process and attention to a number of unforeseen details.. Kumiko kept us informed throughout the process by giving us detailed weekly updates and following up with personal phone calls.
When the sellers bank finally approved the short sale, the term of the initial property appraisal had practically ran out and we only had some 14 days to prepare the financing papers. This is a process that normally takes some 45 days to complete. Through Kumiko's contacts and personal initiative, she was able to put us in contact with a local mortgage broker that was supportive in helping us gather all the necessary documents prepared in time to meet the deadline.
We will always remain thankful to Kumiko for her hard work, commitment, and diligence in making this purchase a reality. She was and is the ultimate professional. She earned our respect and highest recommendation.

Evelyn Grant was my first realtor in 2006, she was just new to the business but she was always very strategic, accessibl e, patient, wise, detail oriented, articulate, and responsive. I was such a nervous buyer but she was so confident with her recommendations, I trusted her advice. I never felt like she was there to just make a commission, instead she genuinely cared about my best interest. Well, 9 years later I googled her name and was relieved to see she was still in the business and she remembered me and my family! Wow! She probably deals with a lot of clients at any given moment, but she always makes you feel like you are her only client. It's an art! She is amazing at what she does.

Kris is very professional and works hard for her clients.
Our home was being sold as a relo. Kris had to deal with more than just us and the buyers agent. We are in a different state and Kris made sure we knew everything that was going on via email or text or calls. Communication was outstanding.
Kris sold us the home in 2009 when we came to AZ. She was our third agent. When it came time to sell and we knew we were going thru relo, Kris was the first person who came to mind. If I ever moved back to AZ Kris will be the first to know.

Jennifer was wonderful to work with as we bought our home and again when we sold it. Her knowledge of the area and assi stance helping us with decisions geared at having the highest resale value really helped us when it came time to sell the home.
She was very intentional about staying in touch us during every step of process. This was key as we were moving with my employer and had a very short turnaround time to sell our home. As we started receiving offers, she helped us determine if the offer was a "good" one or if the buyer was asking for too much up front. As I'm not in real estate, this was very important to me. She had our best interests at hear the entire time!
